In the last week ANZ came up with a special on the 1 year at 3.95% which is available until 1st Dec. Other banks are matching on rate or competing with improved cashback. It’s an exceptional time to shop around your mortgage even if you have break fees to consider.

Last week I worked on a clients mortgage that had $400 one off break fees but she was able to save $350 per month with better rates.
